Welcome to Dhan Guru. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Dhan Guru mobile application (the "App") operated by Dhan Guru ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App and that they have read and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dhan Guru and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Dhan Guru.
By submitting any content to the App (such as feedback, suggestions, or ideas), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media.
The App uses a virtual currency system ("Coins") that can be earned through various activities within the App. Coins have no monetary value outside of the App and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except through our official redemption process as outlined in our Rewards Policy.
The App offers a rewards program that allows users to redeem Coins for various rewards. The availability, type, and value of rewards are subject to change at our discretion. Please refer to our Rewards Policy for complete details on how the rewards program works.
We do not guarantee that rewards will always be available or that the rewards program will continue indefinitely. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the rewards program at any time, with or without notice.
The App uses Google Sign-In for authentication. By using this feature, you are also bound by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising companies. These advertisements are governed by the privacy policies and terms of service of the respective advertising providers.
Our App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Dhan Guru. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Dhan Guru shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Dhan Guru expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Dhan Guru, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dhan Guru and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App or contact us to request account deletion.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the App.
